WE'RE HIRING – TRAINING COORDINATOR
Location: Tel Aviv (Near Allenby Light Rail Station)
Salary: 9,000 ILS/month (Full-time, but part-time may be considered)
Flexible hours, but must be available:
Monday evenings (5:40PM- 8PM)
Two Fridays a month (7:30AM – 2:30PM)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Training Coordinator to provide administrative support and co-ordination for a range of training and diploma programmes at our college.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the e-learning platform (Moodle experience preferred)
Handling enrolment, attendance, evaluations & grading
Coordinating tutors & lecturers
Overseeing Google Forms & Sheets
Working with AI platforms & Canva
About You:
Tech-savvy with excellent IT skills
Highly organized and efficient
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working with various software & platforms
