We are currently seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and highly-motivated Customer Support Engineer to join our Customer Support team and grow his/her career with us:
Responsibilities:
· Support current customers’ ongoing issues and questions in a timely and professional manner
· Provide technical assistance to our Customer Success team throughout customer journey
· Coordinate the work with R&D, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve issues and bugs
Requirements:
· Technological bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience
· At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Support role
· IT Security experience and knowledge of threats (esp. Cloud Security) is desired
· Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate professionally orally and in written responses to emails, calls, presentations, etc.
· Knowledge of Cloud Services such as Office 365 and G-Suite
· Experience in a similar role in the SaaS industry is desired
· Confident, high energy, and self-motivated with desire to develop and lead
· English at native speaker level is a must
