Looking for the full time employee ( purchase and import regional manager of the import department) for the chain of furniture stores in Jerusalem ( Talpiot)
Working in an onsite setting
The candidate will have to:
*Coordinate with the logistics, purchase, accounting and sales departments
*Work with foreign companies: place orders
*Communicate with the various institutions in Israel, such as shipping companies, customs etc
*Managing and follow up of the import stages: checking and updating the terms and status of the shipments at maritime companies, forwarders and customs agents. Updating the information in the system
* Arranging delivery of containers to the warehouse , and checking the inventory receptions reports
*E-mail communication with supplies and other companies, Excel reports, etc.
Requirements:
1) Experience in work in Import/ purchase
2) Experience in work with foreign companies ( supplies)
3) Knowledge and experience in the field of maritime transport and customs documents is an advantage
4) Knowledge in SAP - significant advantage .
5) Good level of Office software usage ( including Excel)
6) Languages: English , Hebrew ( can be a new immigrant of 2-3 years , ready to learn)
