Our Human Resources department is expanding, and we are looking for a Global Recruitment Specialist.
Your Upcoming Challenge:
You will play an essential, hands-on, role in fueling our Global growth strategy by attracting and
identifying extraordinary talent.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn about recruitment and HR on the Global level, in various regions of the world from an experienced team.
In this job you will…
Source, and screen Global candidates on social networks (Linkedin recruiter, etc), place adverts, engage with Global employment companies, involve with HR administration, schedule interviews, implement and maintain Comeet recruitment system (reports) and HR system, work on employer branding initiatives and provide assistance to the HR Team in projects and HO day – to – day tasks.
Requirements:
· At least one year in a similar position-preferably from a SU company.
· A “can do” approach with the ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment and especially a strong drive to create and implement Global Recruitment and HR processes that will make us even more successful.
· Fluent spoken and written English.
