Project Coordinator for Non-Profit Organization
The Project Coordinator will organize and direct projects through to their completion and is responsible for working with the Executive staff & Vice President of Projects on the projects’ budget, time, and scope. The job is up to a full-time position with a combination of office and home hours. The job will include developing relationships in Israel and overseas with leaders on university campuses and in the business world.
Responsibilities: Project management from inception to execution
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives including ensuring feasibility.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
- Establish and maintain relationships with participants
- Manage the social media for each project
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Excellent and ongoing communications with staff and leadership
- Participate in team meetings to clarify specific requirements of each project
- Work with volunteers including delegating tasks to committee members
- Requirements:
- Work experience of 2 – 4 years in project management
- Attended high school or university in English-speaking country in past 10 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English and Hebrew in both speaking and writing
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in appropriate field of study
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
