Key Responsibilities:
* Locating healthcare professionals through a variety of sources including our database & referrals
* Generating outbound marketing via phone, text & email
* Creating, categorizing & maintaining hotlists of passive and active candidates on a daily basis.
* Conducting first-level screening calls
* Engaging with candidates to determine suitability for referral to the recruitment team.
Requirements:
* Speak mother-tongue level English
* Positive with a can-do attitude
* High level of professionalism & self-motivation
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to multi-task
* Experience in telephone sales/recruitment preferred but not required
Location: Jerusalem City Center
Hours of operation:
Sunday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Monday - Thursday: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am
Salary: 8,500 shekels per month + competitive commission structure
