What will you do?
Identify candidates and talent solutions for clients developed by account executives.
Create daily call plans to connect with potential candidates and their referrals.
Create enticing emails, job posts, presentations and follow-up communication.
Engage in internet research and social media activity to source passive connections.
Manage email and verbal communication and maintain records of effort and activity.
Qualify candidates through interviews to assess skills, abilities and experience.
Align candidates with opportunities they are qualified for and gain their interest.
Present candidates to schedule for interviews, then prep and discuss next steps.
Do I have what it takes?
Impeccable work ethic, self-starter and motivated by success.
Resiliency to handle the rejection synonymous with cold calling.
Computer and internet savvy in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking.
Excellent verbal and written communication coupled with critical thinking skills.
Organized at managing time, scheduling calls, activity entry and follow up.
