Job description:
We are constantly growing and looking to strengthen our team with energetic and motivated support and service agents for communication services (cellular, home internet, landline, TV) .
In this role a successful candidate will be handling inbound and outbound traffic from our customers in a professional and a polite manner, using provided tools and acquired knowledge, while keeping up positive attitude and energy, and being a team player.
The job is full-time work from home or office.
Job Requirements:
Must be Anglo mentality and customer service oriented.
Tech-savvy, or being willing and motivated to learn.
A PC with a stable internet connection and a place to work from home.
Good people skills and a desire to provide customers with great service.
English mother tongue and a high level of Hebrew.
Previous call center work experience is a bonus.
