An international company that provides intelligent SaaS solutions to the biggest companies around the world is looking for a motivated Spanish speaker Customer Success Manager to join their team!

As a CSM you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a company’s relationship with the customers (onboarding, retention and upselling).

Requirements:

• Native Spanish and fluent English

• 2+ years' experience as a Customer Success, Technical Account Manager, Sales or Project Manager preferably in a SaaS Ecosystem.

• A major plus if SAP or Oracle background.

• Sales skills and proven experience in a client-facing role

• Ability to multitask and attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills, customer service and technical support abilities

This is a full-time position; Mon-Fri (short day Fridays).
