Description:
Intricate US and international tax with a focus on tax M&A services, to include:
Advise some of the firm’s largest corporate and private equity clients in all aspects of US domestic and/or cross-border acquisitions, including leading tax due diligence projects, tax structuring/restructuring and modeling advice; and
Provide other comprehensive tax advisory services to clients in a variety of industries, including technology and media, wealth & asset management, life sciences, oil and gas, real estate, construction and hospitality, consumer products, retail and other sectors.
Analyze and assess challenging US tax issues
Prepare US tax technical memos for the firm’s clients and US tax authorities
Manage ongoing communications and work with senior client personnel
Requirements
Licensed Attorney/ CPA
LLM and/or Accounting Degree- an advantage
Experience in US tax & legal research – experience from another “Big 4” accounting firm – advantage.
