Job Description:

We are continuously growing and looking to strengthen our team with energetic and motivated support and service agents for communication services (cellular, home internet, landline, TV).

In this role, a successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound traffic from our customers in a professional and polite manner. Using provided tools and acquired knowledge, while maintaining a positive attitude and energy, and being a team player.

The position is full-time, with the option to work from home or from our Jerusalem office.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have an Anglo mentality and be customer service-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy or willing and motivated to learn.
  • A PC with a stable internet connection and a suitable workspace for home use.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • Native English speaker with a high level of Hebrew proficiency.
  • Previous call center experience is a plus.
