The Administrative Assistant will provide full support to the CEO for all business, office, team and personal matters. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO Team’s workflow, organizing the day-to-day tasks of the CEO, data entry, research, copywriting, maintenance of documentation and supporting the team.
This is a full-time position based in Jerusalem, Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to the CEO
- Manage the CEO’s Outlook mailbox and workflow
- Implement projects and strategies to meet company growth objectives
- Research, analyze and document, performance data and corporate information
- Prepare meeting agendas and materials
- Prepare, review and edit correspondences with a very high level of English
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
- Arrange and attend conference calls and meetings, prepare summaries and follow up tasks
- Maintain up to date files and business development archives
Requirements:
- Native level English
- Proficient in Hebrew – an advantage
- Superior knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptionally organized and competent individual, with the ability to multi-task
- Quick thinker, savvy problem solver with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Independent and proactive self-starter with project management skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
