I am looking for an Israeli company that an American company can work with to hire someone in Israel, so that the employee will be a regular Israeli employee with a tlush maskoret.
I did hear of Route 38, and they seem good, but they operate on fixed costs, and because we are starting with a part-time position at first, the costs are too high.
Can anyone recommend another company that offers this service that maybe uses variable rates linked to the salary?
