Our organization is seeking a smart, and dedicated Full-Time Project Manager. This role will play a crucial role in executing and coordinating all projects, including the production of digital audio and video content, as well as live in-person classes and experiential events. Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager, to gain a clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end content production, planning process, and needs for digital Zoom classes, video and audio production, live webinars, and other related events.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Manage all production logistics, such as booking studio and production staff, as well as coordinating attendees and communicating requirements for digital and in-person shoots.
  • Organize and oversee on-set production needs, including catering, makeup artists, wardrobe requirements, and travel arrangements.
  • Managing in-person learning and/or experiential events including venue selection, required equipment, local partners, and more with support from the Administrative Coordinator.
  • Execute all project logistics with support from the Operations Manager and Administrative Coordinator.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement timely solutions to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Adhere to allocated budgets for all production plans, ensuring cost-effective execution.
  • Undertake any additional appropriate project management tasks as required.

Professional Skills:

  • Possess a minimum of three years of experience in Project Management, preferably in content production and live events management.
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Prior experience with educational video production, online classes, subscription management, and content editing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. and multitask effectively.
  • Prior experience within the Jewish Kiruv world is a plus.

Personal Skills:

  • Demonstrate deep emotional intelligence and comfort in working with sensitive environments.
  • Passionate about personal and spiritual development, comfortable working within a diverse and spiritually-driven community.
  • Be at ease working within a Jewish, and spiritual environment. While a religious/observant background is not required, the candidate should feel comfortable working closely with those who are. A modest dress code is expected for any in-person meetings/events (shoulders and knees covered).

Other Details:

  • The position is full-time and is located in Israel.
  • This job is mainly a remote position, however weekly in-person team meetings in Jerusalem are required to foster a stronger team environment. Additionally, during times of video production/video shoots and live streams, in-person attendance is required.
