Sales Development Representative, TLV - fulltime daytime hours

Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing target companies, reaching out through multiple channels, identifying and engaging with key social accounts, and most importantly, consistently setting valuable meetings and demos for our sales team.

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities
· Partner with Sales and Marketing to source qualified accounts
· Work within an Account Based Selling strategy to create customized and impactful messaging to prospective customers
· Daily cold emailing / calling and lead generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition
· Create & articulate compelling value propositions around the solution to accelerate the sale cycle
· Execute on daily sequence tasks within outreach to reach potential customers with multiple touch points
· Meet and exceed quotas of KPIs such as meetings set and qualified leads accepted
· Work with team to establish challenging yet attainable OKRs
· Monitor performance against a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
· Gain a inside and out understanding of the sales and marketing tools we use in day-to-day activities (Salesforce, Outreach, Chorus, Sales Navigator, etc)
· Develop new professional skills within Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to grow into new roles
Sales Development Representative Requirement
· 1+ years of work experience In a Sales Development in a tech company / Excellent English
· Entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset
· Start up experience
· Creative and collaborative with excellent written and verbal communication skills
· You can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· High energy and positive attitude
· Self-motivated to maintain productivity and a consistent schedule in a flexible environment
· Prior experience working with or calling into startup accounts is a plus
· Preferred: Know Salesforce and Outreach
