A growing SaaS company in Israel is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to support clients in Israel, Europe, and the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers who have purchased the software, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide ongoing support, answer questions, and guide users through the platform.
- Offer a high level of customer service, helping clients maximize their experience with the software.
Requirements:
- Native level English and Hebrew (written and spoken). (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support or client relations (required)
- Must have legal work authorization in Israel.
Remote (within Israel)
30-40 hours a week - Most over Israeli hours, some hours over US time (required)
