Key responsibilities:

- maintain, support, train and nurture our customers and their activities
- bring real world feedback into our development team to solve problems and improve our offerings
- provide day to day support to both customers and partners
- lead pre-sale activities, such as proof of concepts and deep dive demos
- escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams

Job requirements

- experience with pre and post-sale activities for enterprise customers
- experience with Cyber Security
- excellent technical troubleshooting skills
- the ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
