Description:
As we continue to grow, our Jerusalem office seeks an extroverted Human Resources Associate to assist with a variety of HR administrative duties for our evening operation (Monday - Thursday, 4pm-12am).
The ideal candidate should be people-friendly, highly organized with the ability to juggle various tasks, and have great communication skills. The HR Associate will assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates as well as scheduling interviews.
Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
Source for candidates by posting on relevant job boards and social media sites
Phone screen candidates and schedule interviews
Maintain the company’s social media pages
Requirements:
Native-level English
Excellent organizational and communications skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
Experience using social media platforms such as LinkedIn and FaceBook
Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases a plus
