Torah-Focused Content and Digital Manager (Part-Time)

The Emor Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to making Torah learning resources more accessible, is seeking a part-time collaborator with a strong and proven foundation in Torah studies (to be demonstrated in the CV) and content management skills. The primary focus of this role is managing and curating content, while additional responsibilities include supporting the sharing of educational materials on social media platforms.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and curate materials related to Torah learning across multiple areas of interest.
  • Oversee the entire content preparation process to ensure accuracy, organization, and proper formatting, guiding materials from creation to publication on the website and social media platforms.

Additional Responsibilities (Welcomed but not essential)

  • Managing social media accounts through Meta Business Suite (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Applying SEO strategies to optimize content reach.
  • Overseeing Google Ads campaigns.

Requirements

  • Solid background in Torah studies: Applicants must have studied Torah extensively over multiple years and demonstrate familiarity with both classical and contemporary Torah content.
  • Extreme attention to detail: Precision and accuracy are essential to success in this role.
  • Stable Internet connection: A reliable, fast Internet connection is necessary for regular virtual meetings.
  • Reliable computer access: Applicants must have consistent access to a well-functioning computer capable of managing the tasks required for this role.
  • Proficiency with tools: Strong skills in Google Drive and Microsoft Office are essential.

Position Details

  • Hours: Up to 4 hours per day, depending on the candidate’s skill set.
  • Location: Remote, with the possibility of in-person meetings in Jerusalem in the future.
  • Commitment: This is a long-term position, and we are seeking candidates who are dedicated to sustained collaboration as we invest heavily in team training.
