The Biology of Alzheimer's Disease
Speaker: Prof. Edward Stern
Brain Research Center, Bar-Ilan University
Prof. Stern will give a brief survey of Alzheimer's Disease & will discuss the disease itself, together with the current line of research in lay terms.
In addition, he will discuss the problems inherent in finding treatments for the disease, and the current lines of hope for developing therapies.
