Led engineering teams in early-stage to post-revenue startups and small companies.
Build and lead cross-functional engineering and product teams to accomplish the necessary product build.
Drive significant engineering recruiting efforts - recruit talent, mentor, build processes and culture.
Set clear expectations and context to create a positive work environment based on accountability and ownership.
Qualifications:
Has significant experience building sophisticated mobile applications
Experience in hiring and managing others.
Great communication skills
Native (or high level) English speaker
Full time, Work from home, Half of the hours over US time
