Quantak is seeking a talented assistant to join a rapidly growing team and excel in Project management and client services.
MISSION To provide assistance in all manners to the President (and CEO of the company). This includes creating and processing documents, organizing Google Docs and sheets, updating tasks on our CRM (Asana) and other manners of administrative work. The assistant will also be asked to make calls to maintain business and create new opportunities.
Essential Job Responsibilities • Assist the President of the company in daily tasks that require consistent follow through and updates; Project Management
• Understand the client's business and industry by researching and asking questions. Continuously strive for the best solutions to help achieve client goals. • Collaborate with other departments • Keep the teams running smoothly and efficiently • Manage client expectations externally and internally by project managing all deliverables • Entrepreneurial spirit • Strong analytical ability • Strong negotiation and selling skills • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of working with teams on successful projects and campaigns • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt in the face of ever-changing projects • Must be organized, detail oriented and collaborative • Must be able to multi-task and effectively manage the timely delivery of work against short deadlines • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills. • Great cross-team communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively to business, creative and technical people
Advantage: Media/advertising experience • Influencer Marketing experience • Thorough understanding of marketing concepts including branding, advertising, strategy creation, content development, and design • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and LinkedIn
