Responsibilities
● Management of Customer Success Team
● Responsible for the installation, configuration and commissioning of customer systems, and provision of on-going technical support and training
● Liaise with partners and the internal R&D team to provide product feedback and resolve issues as required
● Provide technical advice and support to End users, Partners and Resellers
● Lead and facilitate POC and demonstrations
● Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
● Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. R&D)
● Prepare accurate and timely analysis and feedback reports following partner engagements
Requirements
● 5 years Proven experience with customer-facing roles involving both pre-sale and post-sale activities and technical support and management.
● Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, Training or similar role
● Experience in Cyber Security (Cyber simulation or training domain a plus).
● Experience in Cloud based services - advantage.
● Strong knowledge of Cyber security software products, cloud architectures, networking environments, etc.) - advantage
● Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
● Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
● Self-motivated, Excellent self learning skills, ability and willingness to work independently and English proficiency are a MUST !
● Qualification/ Certification(CISSP, CISA, CISM / C|EH, OSCP) [Advantage to applicants with both “Red: and “Blue” experience].
● Advantage applicants experienced in Networking/Infrastructure (MCSA, MCSE, CCNA)
