We're looking for a great HR Manager for an international company with an office in Israel.
Responsibilities include:
Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, training and development.
Handle inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
Requirements:
Excellent English and Hebrew
Previous HR experience in an international company with international responsibilities.
Thorough knowledge of Israeli labor laws and regulations
Knowledge of other global labor laws
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
