Candidates should have at least 3-4 years of remote IT support experience.
Knowledge needed in the following areas:
server setup and support
networking
Microsoft active directory,
SonicWALL
dell servers
unifi
Position is working from home Mon-Thursday two shifts available ( a bit flexible)
Israel time Shift 1: overnight shift: 1am- 9am
Israel time shift 2: 2pm-11pm
