Company:
Through the Doctorpedia platform, we provide physicians with easy-to-use publishing tools so they can create engaging articles and videos that will help educate their current patients, reach new patients, and improve medical literacy. We work with physicians and medical providers to harness the high-quality video content that we create with and for them in digital marketing campaigns to drive new patients to their practices. Physicians and institutions subscribe to our service using a SaaS style arrangement whereby they choose from a selection of packages that contain varying numbers of videos and new leads.
Responsibilities:
The right candidate will manage our product and assets, including our website and 5,000+ videos. They will also need to develop and lead the marketing and content strategy for all our campaigns and projects using data, knowledge, experience, and team participation. The Content and Marketing contribution efforts will include website, social media, email campaigns, written content, podcasts, and videos.
The role will involve:
- Managing, directing, and growing our content and marketing efforts and creative resources and members (including designers, developers, and writers)
- Building and maintaining the editorial, contingent creation, and the posting schedule/calendar
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges to build a more effective editorial calendar
- Executing all of our marketing content and messaging for projects and campaigns
- Continuously measuring and improving our content performance. This will involve creating reports leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics tools
- Driving, growing, and delivering our revenue targets using all content and marketing tools available
- Leading, participating, and contributing to all relevant strategic meetings with our in-house team or outside clients as our leader of content/marketing.
- Editing content produced by your team, including conceptualizing the projects upfront, assigning projects, and overseeing the development, vetting, and copy-editing process before publishing
- Contributing compelling content and marketing techniques to all Doctorpedia departments.
Skills and Experience:
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience leading digital marketing campaigns
- Experience with LedGen campaigns
- Experience leading teams and clients
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation
- Project management skills and an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of traffic, leads, and sales
- Strong knowledge of content marketing strategy and channels
- An editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
- The ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities
- The capability to be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
- Experience with WordPress websites and digital platforms including CRMs, Hubspot, Newsletter platforms, Google Analytics, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube)
