Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and efficient Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role requires a versatile individual capable of taking on multiple roles and tasks in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and writing skills, be proficient in various computer software, and have an understanding of AI. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team setting are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Handle tasks in sales and marketing
- Assist in event creation and management
- Manage QuickBooks, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Utilize email suites for effective communication
- Support various generalist tasks as needed

Working Hours:
- Sunday to Thursday
- 9 am to 3 pm

Requirements:
- Must be an American candidate- Must be able to legally work in Israel
- Must work from our office in Jerusalem (no remote work option)
- College degree
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Office, and email suites
- Understanding of AI
- High-energy extrovert with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team in a professional setting
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and take on various roles within the startup
