Audit and Accounting Position

We are currently seeking Audit and Accounting professionals with 5+ years of current quality CPA firm experience.

Responsibilities Include:
Active involvement in all aspects of audit, review, and SSARS 21 engagements, including engagement planning, directing and supervising staff at various levels, reviewing work papers, and financial statements including note disclosures, research, and facilitating the resolution of issues arising during engagements. Interact with client management to gather information, resolve issues, and make recommendations for business and process improvements.

• Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines.
• Create and track engagement budgets.
• Conduct constructive discussions with team members in connection with evaluations and provide counsel accordingly.
• Serve in professional development programs as an instructor or discussion leader.

The candidate should have experience working with closely held companies in a broad range of industries including real estate, construction, wholesale distribution, and healthcare.

Experience with CCH Engagement, CCH ARM research software, and XCM Workflow software would be helpful.
Candidates must have excellent technical accounting/audit skills as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills, be able to manage multiple projects, work efficiently in a paperless environment, and have the ability to appropriately interact with all levels of management and staff at the firm and clients.
