Responsibilities:
• Amazon case management on behalf of sellers (analysis, disputes, follow-ups, etc.)
• Professional interaction with our clients
• Utilization of software and web interfaces
Requirements:
• High-level English (speaking and writing)- Required.
• Aliya from USA or UK- Advantage.
• Ability to work daily in Gush Etzion
• Independence, diligence, thoroughness.
• Willingness to commit long term.
• Flexibility in working hours according to requirements.
• Experienced and comfortable working in a computer environment.
• Highly articulated, both verbally and in writing.
• Problem solver

*Working on Erev Chagim may be expected (from home).
*Occasional travel to the US, Europe, and China may be required.
