What You'll Do:
- Order Management: Place and fulfill customer orders through our online portal, including personalization and custom design details.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer questions and requests via email, chat, or other platforms, always providing clear, friendly, and timely communication.
- Problem Solving: Resolve order issues like discrepancies, returns, or refunds, making sure every customer feels valued.
- Marketing Support: Help manage our Instagram account, connect with influencers, and support other marketing initiatives to grow our brand.
