Software company with office in Har Hotzvim seeks an experienced and talented Backend Engineering Team Leader.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of significant software development
- 2+ years of significant experience in managing a development team
- Experience with Python, or significant experience with Java/.NET Core and a willingness to learn Python on the job
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented design
- Experience with complex SQL queries
- High degree of English Communication skills (Oral Written)
- Ability to understand customer requirements and see the bigger picture
- Experience in self-education and ability to cope with new challenges
- Experience with Agile Methodology
- Excellent logical thinking and understanding of complex processes
- Thoroughness, accuracy striving to eliminate bugs – before code reaches QA)
- Sense of ownership (ensuring collaborative success beyond personal tasks)
- Genuine enthusiasm for software development work
Advantages:
- Experience with Django, Django Rest Framework
- Familiarity with Microservice architecture
- Understanding of Multi-threading
- Proficiency with Linux
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL
This position is full time (7-8 hours a day) at the office on Har Hotzvim.
