A social organization needs a resource development manager for the integrating role: responsibility for raising and developing resources in Israel and abroad, formulating and implementing a strategy, setting goals and a detailed work plan for raising resources in Israel and abroad, contacting donors, foundations and initiating relationships, organizing donor events and more.

Requirements
Academic-required
Proven ability in managing resource development in Israel and abroad (USA in particular) - required.
At least 5 years of experience in managing a resource development system - required.
English and Hebrew Mother tongue - required.
