As a Partnership Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network and driving cross-promotional opportunities with industry partners. Your efforts will contribute to the success of our conferences and foster meaningful collaborations within the business community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive research to identify potential industry partners who align with our conference themes and target audience.
• Evaluate potential partners' reach, relevance, and marketing potential to ensure mutual benefit in cross-promotional activities.
• Determine key decision-makers within prospective partner organizations and establish contact to initiate partnership discussions.
• Negotiate terms, agreements, and promotional arrangements with partner organizations, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
• Maintain strong communication channels with existing partners, regularly assessing performance.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with industry partners to foster continued engagement in future events.
• Track and analyze partnership metrics, providing regular reports to management to measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives.
