Job: Community Outreach Sales Caller

Location: Har Hotzvim

Hours: 4 hours/day 5 pm – 9 pm or 6 pm – 9 pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, persistent, and results-driven  Sales Caller to introduce a mobile dental services to senior living communities. This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives on making connections, following up, and securing partnerships. It is not a hard sales role — most communities will be receptive to speaking with you — but success requires patience, consistency, and strong follow-up skills.

We will provide a list of communities for outreach, many of whom will be interested in learning more. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate conversations, build relationships with community administrators, and generate interest in partnering with our practice. If needed, we are happy to walk you through the process to ensure a clear understanding of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to senior living communities to introduce our mobile dental services.
  • Educate community administrators and decision-makers on the benefits of on-site dental care for their residents.
  • Schedule and conduct  follow-up calls, virtual meetings, or in-person presentations as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, responses, and potential leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated, persistent, and proactive personality—someone who takes initiative.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or cold calling  preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and consistent follow-ups.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage outreach efforts efficiently.
