Masorti Olami (World Council of Synagogues, Inc. (CC)), a Jerusalem based international non-profit organization, which supports and strengthens Masorti/Conservative communities around the world, is looking for an Office Manager and Assistant to the Executive Director for the long term.
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (work from home according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health)
Start Date: Immediately

Responsibilities Include:
Office Manager and Personal assistant to the Executive Director (ED):
- Scheduling meetings and conference calls in Israel and abroad.
- Making travel arrangements (comparing and booking flights, hotels, etc.).
- Composing and answering emails in Hebrew and English on behalf of the ED.
- Taking notes at meetings for later transcription and distribution.
- Assisting Deputy Director on projects.
- Ø Day-to-day office responsibilities (errands, arranging meetings, office administration, and upkeep).
- Ø Bookkeeping tasks (petty cash, expense and travel reports).
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least two years’ experience in a similar position
- Hebrew and English, spoken and written, at mother tongue level. Proficiency in Spanish and knowledge of other languages a significant advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) - a must
- High-level internet skills (experience searching and comparing different websites for flights, hotels, price quotes, etc.)
- Basic bookkeeping experience - an advantage
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Responsible, dedicated and hardworking, with good people skills
- Assertiveness and accuracy
- Willingness and aptitude for learning new computer programs
- Multi-tasker with ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work overtime from time to time
