Position available for an individual escort/guide to support a young man with Aspergers/Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) high-functioning in a premier Jerusalem development/employment organization for people with special needs.
The role consists of:
– Escort in the classroom
– Mediation and help in understanding social cues
– Help and reassurance in addressing anxiety & encouraging distress tolerance
Salary:
30 NIS per hour or more commensurate with experience); approximately 35 hours/week, full benefits provided.
Preferably:
Having experience working with individuals with special needs/Aspergers/ASD
Bilingual Hebrew/English Speakers
