Co-Impact is seeking an Interim Director of Development (maternity leave replacement 10-12 months, with option for long-term)
Responsibilities
- Maintain and build Co-Impact's philanthropic donor base
- Manage and oversee development team and their execution of grant applications/ reports/ donor updates
- Coordinate PR events for philanthropic community
- Research grants and awards from funds, foundations, and government organizations
- Oversee the coordination and preparation of donor visits and presentations
Full-time position located in Tel Aviv and Hadera
Requirements
- Experience in similar setting / position in the non-profit sector
- Excellent English – Written and verbal. Excellent Hebrew – Written and verbal. Arabic a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative
- At least 2-3 years in a management position
- Strong managerial, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
