A fast-growing marketing firm focused on the USA Evangelical market, promoting Israeli startups, publicly-traded companies and some of the top and amazing non-profits is looking to hire a Business Development and Client Campaign Manager.
Responsibilities
- Growing and managing revenues and profit through optimizing current client base and building a focused client pipeline for additional streams of revenue.
- Managing and creating the best client servicing experience through excellence in
communication and alignment of workload.
- Growing core services that provide the best solutions for the client -- PPC,
Crowdfunding, Lead Generation, etc.
- Ability to push the team to higher success levels.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading digital marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of selling consulting/advertising services with over $1MM
in sales
- Experience with leading teams and clients in a constructive, effective and
positive manner.
- Cultural fluency of both Israeli, Jewish and American culture
- Familiarity with digital tools especially Mailchimp, Google Analytics and
Facebook ads.
- Seasoned and professional business development experience that has delivered sustainable results over a sizable period of time.
- Positive and Team Spirited Attitude - resourceful, self initiator, and someone that is driven by delivering targets with a can-do attitude
- Can adapt or are aligned to executing results and operating in a family oriented team - that executes with corporate driven standards
- Someone that has the ability to share ideas, open minded, win influence over others.
Native Level English required

Full time position /On site in company’s offices daily
