We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to work alongside our Implementation Team at a tech company. In this role, you will assist clients directly as they transition to our systems, providing support and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Your focus will be on delivering excellent service while helping the implementation team manage client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing inquiries and providing real-time support.
  • Communicate updates, resolve client issues, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and documentation related to client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to meet client expectations and project deadlines.

Requirements

  • Exceptional people skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Computer-savvy, with a strong command of Excel for managing and organizing data.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Details:

  • Sunday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Monday to Thursday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Training is 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • In office in Har Hotzvim daily
