The Paid Media Analyst is responsible for implementing paid acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate can quickly understand, manage, and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of campaigns.
Your job duties include generating online sales reports, analyzing trends in customer purchases, and evaluating changes in the online retail market. You may also present this information to managers and collaborate with developers to help customize online transaction processes.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s pay-per-click campaigns under the direction of the Performance Manager.
- Undertake required analysis and A/b testing to identify relevant and strong keyword searches to optimize campaign success.
- Creating targeted campaigns for each market and testing landing pages.
- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.
- Ensuring that all Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta campaigns are optimized to bring highly targeted traffic to our online stores while also ensuring a very strong ROI for each market budget.
- Working with relevant internal stakeholders to create copy and other creative content.
- Provide regular reports on performance metrics and market-related insights. Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search/social initiatives. Provide market-related insights.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with company goals.
- Keep pace with search engine and social media industry trends and developments.
- Analyze, monitor, and report on ROI for all PPC campaigns to the Performance Manager.
- Communication with team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
- Work closely with the other team members to meet the company’s goals.
Skills & Abilities:
- Two to four years of experience managing and creating PPC campaigns.
- Experience using the Keyword Planner Tool, or other keyword research tools.
- Two years of professional Google Ads experience and Google Ads certification (preferred).
- Experienced in managing campaigns on TikTok.
- Knowledge of account KPI selection, measurement, and reporting.
- Bing and Facebook paid advertising experience is preferred.
- Ability to manipulate large data sets in Excel with Vlookup and preferably VBA.
- Passion for marketing, advertising, and online content development.
- Analytical expert with a head for numbers who isn’t afraid to dive into data to uncover insights.
- Goal-oriented approach and ability to work independently make you a valuable asset to any team.

- Beauty/luxury background.
