Administrative Assistant

We are a small boutique financial firm operating in Jerusalem. We are looking for a full-time in-office admin assistant to join the team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the firm’s busy office environment. Our company is looking for someone who has a bright personality, a proactive mindset, and a strong willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for an Admin Assistant who is eager to up-skill and learn. This is an on-premises role Sunday-Thursday 9am to 5pm

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answering phone calls, schedules meetings and support clients.
  • Performing administrative duties such as filing, typing, scanning, copying and data entry.
  • Exhibiting polite and professional communication in-person, phone and by e-mail.
  • Supporting the operations team by performing requested tasks for clients.
  • Maintaining the office bookkeeping and payments to vendors.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • English native tongue with a high level of Hebrew required.
  • No bookkeeping skills necessary- you will be trained.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Advantage given to those with proven admin or assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of complex databases is a definite plus but not a requirement.
