Administrative Assistant
We are a small boutique financial firm operating in Jerusalem. We are looking for a full-time in-office admin assistant to join the team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the firm’s busy office environment. Our company is looking for someone who has a bright personality, a proactive mindset, and a strong willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for an Admin Assistant who is eager to up-skill and learn. This is an on-premises role Sunday-Thursday 9am to 5pm
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answering phone calls, schedules meetings and support clients.
- Performing administrative duties such as filing, typing, scanning, copying and data entry.
- Exhibiting polite and professional communication in-person, phone and by e-mail.
- Supporting the operations team by performing requested tasks for clients.
- Maintaining the office bookkeeping and payments to vendors.
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English native tongue with a high level of Hebrew required.
- No bookkeeping skills necessary- you will be trained.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Advantage given to those with proven admin or assistant experience.
- Knowledge of complex databases is a definite plus but not a requirement.
