Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, source, and select top candidates for healthcare positions (nursing, medical staff, support roles)
- Manage job postings, advertising, and social media presence
- Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and preferences
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Foster a positive candidate experience and employer brand
- Support employee relations, benefits administration, and HR projects
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and HR best practices
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is a huge plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proficient in Software management
- Sales and customer service experienced preferred.
