Tier 2 IT Field Engineer

Established Jerusalem company is searching for an experienced Tier 2 IT field engineer or specialist to join our Field Support team with options to advance in the future. The candidate will be exposed to a wide range of technologies, vendors and IT systems operated by various organizations of different sizes and in different industries and will visit clients at their office or site of business. Candidate will get a company car. The candidate will provide support to clients in the field, will troubleshoot various network and IT issues and will manage various projects to install and deploy workstations, servers, networks and WAN connections.
Requirements:
3+ years experience
Ability to independently troubleshoot broad range of IT issues with focus on networking
Ability to manage time and prioritize
Experience with firewalls, wifi and network equipment
Good knowledge of Windows 10
Experience with a CCTV, security systems - advantage
Experience with home entertainment system - advantage
Teamwork and Strong Diagnostic Abilities
Service Oriented Personality
Fluent English and Hebrew, full command in written as well as spoken English
University Degree - advantage
