I am seeking individuals to contact potential property owners between 10 AM and 5 PM. You will work from an Excel list of phone numbers I provide, reaching out to homeowners who may be interested in selling their property. We have a client looking for a waterfront home in Fort Lauderdale, with properties ranging from $3 million to $15 million, and your role will be to identify sellers willing to discuss this opportunity.
This is a commission-based position, offering 0.5% commission on deals ranging from $3 million to $15 million if you successfully connect us with a seller interested in selling their home. Additionally, if a homeowner is more interested in short-term rental opportunities rather than selling, our goal is to meet with them and discuss our short-term rental program. Compensation will be provided for arranging these meetings.
