Position: Project Manager - Graphics Team Operations

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager to join our Operations Team and play a pivotal role in managing projects for our Graphics Team and other cross-team projects. As a Project Manager, you will oversee various projects and tasks, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and clients, optimizing project management processes, and contributing to the achievement of company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of all projects and tasks involving the Graphics Team, including cross-team and client projects.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all projects related to graphics, facilitating effective communication between different teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team leads and department heads to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Organize and prioritize projects and tasks using the company's project management software, ensuring clear timelines and responsibilities.
- Assist in optimizing the functionality of the project management software, suggesting improvements to streamline processes.
- Regularly update senior management and clients on the progress of assigned tasks, highlighting potential risks and proposing solutions.
- Organize and maintain the graphics server, ensuring files are properly arranged, accessible, and secure.
- Review product labels for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with branding guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with graphics team members, facilitating smooth communication with relevant departments and individuals.
- Coordinate project launch meetings, status updates, and post-project evaluations.
- Monitor project resources and timelines, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose strategies for optimizing workflows and project execution.
- Ensure alignment of projects with company goals and values, contributing to the successful implementation of changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2 years) in project management, preferably within a creative or graphics-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Experience with Wrike (or other project management software) a plus
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and provide timely solutions.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
- Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Ps, Id, Ai, and Xd)
- Experience with video editing software a plus
