Job Description

The Recruiting Leader handles planning, implementing, and directing the recruiter activities of the company in order to achieve billing objectives. As the Recruiting Leader, you will lead, develop, and manage a combination of experienced team members as well as new hires within an existing, fully operational, and profitable unit. Main Job Goals, Tasks and Responsibilities
Your initial goals are to maintain continued productivity, operations, buildup the team, identify team leaders and put them in place to allow you to:

  • Act as a resource to your teams
  • Focus on training new staff
  • Management and supervision of the full cycle of operations within your team
  • Track, collate and interpret recruitment figures
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly recruitment revenue
  • Generate timely recruitment reports
  • Conduct Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly meetings
  • Evaluate performance of recruitment staff
  • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the recruitment team during problematic situations
  • Manage and handle all personal matters arising from team members

Other Duties: Will perform similar functions as he deems fit for the proper execution of his duties, and duties as delegated by the CEO. Schedule/location
Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm / Work from HomeMonday: 3:30pm – midnight / OfficeTuesday: 3:30pm – midnight / OfficeWednesday: 3:30pm – midnight / OfficeThursday: 3:30pm – midnight / Office Requirements

  • Native-level English
  • Recruitment experience – Preferred
  • Experience in the Healthcare sector – Preferred
  • Managerial/Team leader experience – 1-2 years minimum
  • Career-oriented and competitive
  • Good listener
  • Organized and professional
