OPERATIONS MANAGER

Seeking Operations Manager for Website 5-10 hours per week – 100% remote – Flexible Schedule - $15/Hr

We are seeking an highly proactive operations / customer support manager for a woman’s fashion company.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing customer inquiries
• Relevant back-end operations
• Overseeing outsourced resources (programmers, staffers, etc.)
• Handling in-flight logistics issue with the warehouse by email and phone

Strong independent project management scope.

This is a medium-term position for 6-12 months. Business experience strongly preferred.
