Sar-El Tours and Conferences is the leading incoming tour company in Israel, providing travel services for international clients visiting Israel. We offer comprehensive services from planning to operations, with the goal of life-changing journeys to Israel for groups and individuals.

We specialize in faith-based tours, biblical study tours, pilgrim tours, business groups, government delegation, educational excursions, and large-scale conferences and concerts.

Presently, Sar-El Tours is looking for dedicated and seasoned Tour Operators to join our team.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maintaining clear communications with clients
• Managing bookings and reservations for tour groups
• Managing logistics and services bookings prior to groups’ arrivals
• Oversee on the ground operations and problem solving while groups are in Israel.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent English (written and spoken) – a must
• Additional language - advantage
• Ability to multi-task and handle complicated logistics in an organized manner
• Familiarity with Israel - routes, travel times, sites, hotels, border crossings, and more.
• Experience in tourism or the hotel industry - advantage
• Excellent customer service skills
