4 hours a day, 5 days a week – working from the office (near Center 1)

Setting appointments

Managing calendar

Maintaining a CRM - Data base

Office assistance / administration

Executing logistics of marketing campaigns and materials

Getting price quotes, basic market research

Responding to emails

Communicating with clients

Requirements:

Bilingual Hebrew and English – speaking, typing, writing. Most of the communication with clients is in Hebrew, must be very comfortable speaking.

Computer and tech savvy – including Google Drive, Word, Excel

Organizational skills

Both attention to detail and “Rosh Gadol”

Ability to multitask

Can work independently and take initiative

Additional advantage - graphic designer, or at least experience with basic design of marketing materials and flyers
