Assistant to CTO & Office Manager

A growing international financial services company located near Beit Shemesh, is seeking a full time Executive Assistant and Office Manager.

Job Description:

Assistant to our company CTO

Calendar management

Managing international travel arrangements

General administration tasks as needed

Office Management

Mandatory Qualifications:

English & Hebrew speaking with strong English email writing & phone skills

Experience with Google Suite & Excel

Multitasking with a smile

Solution oriented

Strong organization and problem-solving skills

Drivers License and access to a car

Minimum of 2 years previous administration experience

  • Office Based.
  • Work Hours are 9am to 6pm Sunday to Thursday.
  • P/T initial handover period to begin end of August/Sept.
